Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notification

In response, you may provide Smithfield’s agent with a written counter-notification that includes the following information:

Termination of Repeat Infringers
Smithfield reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the account or access of any user of this Site who is the subject of repeated DMCA or other infringement notifications.
